The full report from last year’s first Auckland-wide Point in Time count was released today by Auckland Council and the Housing First Auckland Collective. The additional findings highlight the overrepresentation of Māori among those who were homeless on the night of the count.
The Government’s announcement to increase its investment in Housing First services across New Zealand is positive news for the additional 1,044 people and families who will benefit from the funding.
