Lily Deane
Lily is a psychology and development studies graduate from Victoria University of Wellington. Her studies grew her passion for working in areas that strive for aspirational systems change.
With experience in qualitative research and public policy, Lily is motivated about bringing the voice of people with lived experience to the centre of decision-making.
Lily also believes that collaboration and successful impact starts with building meaningful and trusting relationships. Growing up in Auckland, Lily is excited to be back home with her whānau and to give back to a city she loves.
