Staying on Track is a free online course that offers a guide to support your wellbeing during COVID-19 and beyond. The past year has been difficult for many people, as we cope with Covid19 and changing alert levels. Things like isolation, or relationship and job stress, have a huge impact on our sense of wellbeing.

This course, along with its resources, has been created to support New Zealanders with their mental and emotional health through times of stress and uncertainty.
